Orders
Once an order is placed, we typically process it the same day! Email us as soon as possible at orders@eatgourmais.com with “change/cancel my order” in the subject line and a detailed description of what you need. We cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations, but if we haven’t packed up your order yet, we’ll do our best to help you out.
Unfortunately, it’s not currently economical for us to ship single boxes at this time. However, you can find Gourmais® in select retail locations where you can purchase single boxes. Please visit our Find Us page to find a store near you!
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to all 48 states within the contiguous U.S.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping when you spend $45. The shipping fee for orders less than $45 is $6.99.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 2-7 business days. However, delivery times may be longer during peak shipping periods such as holidays. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
You may be able to change your shipping address if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at orders@eatgourmais.com with “damaged or lost order” in the subject line and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect so we can investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Yes, our website uses industry-standard encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is transmitted securely.

Please note that our products are produced in a facility that is not dedicated gluten-free.
Our products contain ingredients that are 97-99% organic, but we are not currently USDA Organic certified. Obtaining the certification is pricey but something we aim to offer in the future.
Yes! Our polenta crisps are plant-based and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.
